Abstract

"De uitdaging is een andere manier van werken, meer ontwikkelingsgericht, bij het verbinden van waterbeheer aan ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. We moeten leren werken met de initiatieven uit de samenleving. Niet kijken in hoeverre die bij onze kaders passen, maar of we onze kaders kunnen laten passen bij die initiatieven." aldus motiveert Annemieke Nijhof, DG Water, de gewenste, nieuwe benadering van bodem-, landschaps- en waterbeleid
