"<< Objectives >>In our opinion, civic activity is the basis of democratic societies. Activities for the benefit of local communities, involvement in social and civic activities, the ability to observe, collect information and take action on the basis of it are proof of active citizenship and the feeling that we can do many things. We want to stimulate young people to be leaders in favor of their local communities, taking into account minorities (such as people with disabilities) and to ensure knowledge of tools that can be used in ""repairing their city"", so that it is friendly to everyone and that life is alive it's better in it. A good urban space, maintaining a balance between ""old and new"" should favor life in the balance of all generations, as well as intergenerational and intercultural dialogue. We hope that this space will be a space of friendship, peace, tolerance and respect for all social groups living in our local communities. It will also be the exchange of partner cities and the promotion of the tool which is the civic budget.<< Activities >>During the project, we plan to implement, among others:- Preparatory visit: schedule analysis - weaknesses and strengths in terms of efficiency and good quality.- group integration - 21 participants - Polish and Georgian group - exchange participants- Youthpass workshops - participants of the exchange - 21 people- ""Fix your town"" various activities - in total, activities can include about 200 people: project participants, representatives of non-governmental organizations in Kobuleti, representatives of the City Hall, residents involved in interviews / surveys, environment of project participants (families, colleagues, colleagues, neighbors)- mural - participants of the project directly 21 people, unidentified number of residents - observers of the works and the mural as a result of the project.- water activities - Kobuleti and Batumi & social action - cleaning the beach - participants of the project 21 people and an undefined number of people - residents and tourists observers and beach users.- preparation of projects ""Repair your city"" - participants of the exchange of 21 people and representatives of local communities and City Offices - minimum 100 people.- past for the future - part of the project devoted to cultural heritage and balance between the old and the new - project participants 21 people and the recipient of the effects of the project - difficult to estimate, minimum, 100 people- multiplication workshops at the end of the exchange, conducted in pairs by exchange participants (the leaders are responsible for organizing the meetings). 4 workshops in each country for groups of 15 people on average, which gives about 120 people. Subsequent future citizens involved in the creation of civic budgets projects.<< Impact >>The participants will make new contacts, get to know the culture of another country, become more tolerant and open. They will improve their communication in English, as well as the alphabet and new words in Georgian and Polish. Cooperation between the youth of the twin towns of Piekary Śląskie and Kobuleti will be established. The key competences of participants in the field of communication, social and civic activity as well as cultural expression will be developed. Young people will develop the ability to search, collect and analyze information, create projects and take action. They will gain self-confidence and the power to change the world.The applicant organization will implement next interesting project, make new partnerships and plan next activities and projects.A partner organization from Kobuleti as a newly established organization will gain experience in the implementation of an international project and will be ready to establish new partnerships.Our local communities will also benefit from the implementation of the project - they will be included in the activities for the promotion of the tool which is the civic budget and encouraged to take action in their environment. New projects of civic activities will be created."
