In 2015/2016, the association Léonard de Vinci is composed of 3 schools with a Master level education (niveau bac +5): Léonard de Vinci School of Engineering (ESILV), Léonard de Vinci School of Management (EMLV), and Institute of Internet and Multimedia (IIM).Since the creation of the establishment in 1995 the mobility has been constantly increasing.The student mobility inside and outside Europe has particularly been reinforced with the implementation of a mandatory stay abroad for both the School of Management and the School of Engineering.The objectives of 2015/2016 have been reached as the network of international partners has been enlarged and the total number of mobilities has also been increased. Concerning the European mobilities, 177 outgoing mobilities have been done including:-88 mobilities SMS68% of participants of Study mobility are undergraduate students whose average mobility duration is of about 4.5 months and is completely integrated to the curriculum. 26% of individuals go on mobility to South of Europe (Spain/Italy) and 33% to Northern countries. -88 mobilities SMP 80% of participants of work placement mobility are undergraduate students whose average mobility duration is of about 4.5 months and is completely integrated to the curriculum. 46% of individuals go on work placement mobility to Spain and 16% to the United Kingdom. - 2 outgoing mobility STA have been doneAbout 95% of participants are satisfied with their mobility. The obtained results and impacts are significant. The participation in Erasmus programme facilitates and incites the mobility. After the mobility, the teaching and administrative staffs notice that students have acquired several specific and transversal skills (maturity, open-minded, proactivity…). The mobility periods, completely integrated to the curriculum, enable to modernise programmes, to increase the qualification level of participants and for some students to obtain double degrees which enhance their profile. The teaching mobility helps to improve the quality and the relevance of courses.The cooperation with companies is an essential activity of the establishment. Overseas work placements contribute to encourage the link between the higher education, the research and the companies. In this way the Erasmus plus project contributes to the promotion of the spirit of enterprise, integral part of the curriculum of the schools, in order to develop individuals’ entrepreneurial skills and support innovation. In the medium and long term, the mobility experience increases the qualification level of participants and encourages the will to move along and work freely in Europe. The enhancement of these activities contributes to the opportunities for graduates’ employment on the job market for an attractive and strong Europe. The development of the mobility is actively supported in the scientific sector which is under-represented in the Erasmus plus programme.
