<< Background >>As Nilüfer Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, our needs in the field of quality improvement and internationalization have been determined, and our project has been prepared to meet these needs. Our project; It is about Industry 4.0 technology, the preparations of which have been started long ago in Europe and expected to be completed soon, but for which no serious preparation has been made in our country yet and which is not known enough. With the project prepared for the students and teachers of Electrical-Electronic Technologies, Machine Technologies and Industrial Automation Technologies, it is aimed that our participants get to know Industry 4.0 closely and increase their professional knowledge, skills and competencies in this field.<< Objectives >>Thanks to this project, our students will first get to know Industry 4.0 technology and it is aimed to develop their professional knowledge, skills and equipment on this subject. Thus, they had the advantage of having learned about Industry 4.0, whose effects have not yet been seen in our country. Thanks to the awareness of our participants about Industry 4.0 with this project, they were able to follow the global developments in this field more closely and adapt to the process very quickly. Thus, our participant students successfully completed their vocational training with great desire and motivation, and when they graduated, they had priority in the employment phase. Some of our students will continue to progress on this path opened by the Erasmus+ project, will expand their horizons thanks to this project, and will lead the way in the development and establishment of this technology in our country by going to higher education after high school education.<< Implementation >>After the approval of our project, necessary promotional activities were carried out. After the promotional activities, applications were received and the participants were determined after the interview. Pre-mobility preparatory trainings were given. It was tried to prevent the communication problem by giving foreign language education. During the internship activity, the participating students and teachers made practices with the experiences they gained from the training and internship activities they received. Necessary documentation was made after the mobility. Dissemination efforts continued in and around our school.<< Results >>We can say that our project has achieved its goals. With the activities carried out within the scope of the project, we have increased the quality and quality of the vocational education we provide as a school. Our school's Electrical-Electronic Technologies, Machine Technologies and Industrial Automation Technologies teachers and students have emerged in Europe and have increased their knowledge and experience on Industry 4.0, which provides great gains to businesses with its applications. The quality of the education given by our teachers has increased. Our students' ability to be employed has increased. Our school has taken another step in terms of internationalization. Our students have increased their employability both at home and abroad by adding European quality internships to their vocational education. He has advanced in language development with the opportunity to study and use a foreign language.
