"In this project, on the initiative of the school supervision of the Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Bildung, four educational institutions of private vocational training have formed a consortium to:- get to Europe together and to learn with each other and from each other.- be able to hold joint seminars for teaching staff in Europe.- to facilitate first foreign experiences for disadvantaged students through two-week occupational field studies with supervision of teaching staff.- to open the opportunity for internships abroad (4 to 8 weeks) for nursery nurses of the schools.The individual consortium partners have varying levels of experience in the ""Europeanisation"" of their schools. The aim of this project is therefore also to work together beyond the Erasmus + program on the development of schools and institutions andalso to cooperate at the national level.Positive positive experience abroad of colleagues from the participating schools is, in our experience, the prerequisite for a Europeanization in the schools to be truly and completely accomplished.This project includes 73 mobilities. Of which 53 for learners and 20 for educational staff."
