Fachkräftesicherung in der Bauwirtschaft

Description

The big European question that unites all project partners is not only the question of securing the growing demand for skilled labor in the construction industry, but also increasing the attractiveness of training occupations in the construction industry in the age of digitization. The aim of this partnership was to find joint solutions that add value to all project partners and lead to joint positive results in further projects. In this project the partners have created an international network in order to analyze relevant and current problems that affect the lack of skilled workers in the construction industry and find possible solutions in order to process them in a follow-up project. The partnership consists of 8 participating organizations from 6 countries (Germany, Bulgaria, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia). The partners were mostly vocational schools from each country. The partnership also includes the Construction Chamber of Greater Poland and the german/romanian advisory institution for Romania, MancomCentru. The target groups were the teaching and training staff of vocational schools in Europe, the construction companies, who are seeking for skilled workers and the students of the vocational schools, since they are the future experts for the construction industry. The main tasks for the partnership were: -the establishing of a long-term european network within the EU-analyzing relevant and current problems that affect the lack of skilled workers in the construction industry in each country-analyzing the relevance of digitalization in the vocational education-organizing a Transnational Project Meeting in each country in order to present the situation, the results and possible solutions to the main questions of the project.-creating an idea for a follow-up project, that will continue on the work in this partnership and create outputs, that can be used in Europe-disseminating the results in every countryEvery partner has involved 3 participants as -the national coordinator-the respective teacher/trainer, who is responsible for implementing network ideas for follow-up projects. -the key person/contact person, who is taking care of contact between the project partners and the contacts to the national companies and experts, who will be involved during the network meeting at the respective country. The participants, asides the project partners, were experts from the construction sector and the VET sector, who have been integrated into the network and also invited to the Transnational Project Meetings in every partner country. The partners have also integrated the students of the participant's schools in order to find out, what would make vocational training in construction more attractive to young people. The results from the surveys and the Transnational Project meetings, that were submitted during the project, have become integrated into the practice of the partner organizations and submitted on the webpages of the partner organizations. The results have also been made available on the Erasmus+ Project Results platform. During the project duration, the partners have developed a new project idea for a follow-up projects with specific output, in order to develop further EU-usable qualification modules on the basis of the recorded demands and to advance digitalization in the construction industry. With the help of the dissemination results, the partners will have a starting point for creating new projects. Some construction companies may inlude private funding for the implementation of some ideas, that were created thanks to the networking project. The partners have established a long-term european network within the EU, that concentrates on cooperating with organizations from the vocational education in the construction sector such as schools, companies, chambers and associations. Thanks to the network, following future projects have been born:-new Erasmus+ KA2 project --> follow-up project-new Erasmus+ KA1 project Jelgava/BFW-new Erasmus+ KA1 project Zilina/BFW-new Erasmus+ KA1 project VelikoTurnovo/BFW-new Erasmus+ KA1 project Poznan/Zilina-Integration of Maruna Terchova into existing KA1 project with Zilina/BFW-cooperation with FAKRO and vocational schools-Integration of RERE Grupa into international vocational education projects (Jelgava/BFW/Poznan)-Integration of Main Association of German Construction Industry and constructions chambers from other countries
