The project is part of the Erasmus+ program, key Action 1- Learning Mobility for Individuals;Type of action: Higher education student and staff mobility between Programme and Partner CountriesBeneficiary organization: Valahia University of Targoviste (UVT)Partner organization: Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University (UPSIC)Place: at UVT headquarters and at the offices of the partner university;Project's theme: the realization of Erasmus Mobilities for the students and staff of UVT and UPSIC. Project's objectives: realization of one SMS inbound mobility at UVT, of one STA inbound mobility at UVT and of one STA outbound mobility at UPSIC. Project's duration: 24 months (01.06.2016-30.05.2018)The number of participants involved in mobility activities was 3, from which 1 student and 1 teacher from UPSIC and 1 teacher from UVT. Projectʼs activities:1. Signing an Erasmus+ inter-university agreement with Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University. 2. Promoting the available mobilities for students and staff on the universityʼs website, displaying the information to the Faculty of Human Sciences and at the partner university.3. Organizing the selection Contest for students and teachers, correctly and transparently, by each partner.4. Organization of the mobilities for students and staff: correspondence with the partner universities, preparing the documents necessary to mobilities’ organization: forms, Learning Agreement/ Mobility Agreement, financial contracts, bank transfers made in time, etc.5. Monitoring the participants through correspondence, reports, etc.6. Recognition and validation of the results obtained at UVT (grades and ECTS credits) based on the Transcript of Records issued by UVT.7. Dissemination of the participantsʼ experiences in mobility, through direct communication in the context of formal and informal meetings, Facebook, media, etc.Expected results and impact:- The achievement of the objectives assumed by signing the financial contract with ANPCDEFP, regarding the number of the participants, following the Erasmus+ program’s rules, compliance with the Erasmus University Charter principles, etc.- The increasing and diversifying the participantsʼ number to the Erasmus program in future years, due to the impact created by the dissemination's results- Improving and modernizing the teaching techniques and curriculum, through the teachers participating in the program, in the both universities.
