"The project ""Sports training for all"" ST4ALL was successfully managed and implemented as per the approved Application form and the signed Grant Agreement Number – 2017-3130-001-001. Hilendarski”, BulgariaPartners:•P2: National Association of Professionals Working with People with Disabilities, Bulgaria•P3: Rijeka Sports Association for Persons with Disabilities, Croatia•P4: Inonu University - School of Physical Education and Sports, Turkey•P7: Vienna Association of Educational Volunteers, Austria•P8: “St. Paisii Hilendarski” Secondary School, Bulgaria•P9: TOLBO vzwIn the approved application form there were two Belgium partners: P5: European Platform For Sports And Innovation, Belgium and P6: Werkgroep Inclusieve Toegankelijkheid, Belgium. Due to internal issues, both Belgian partners P5 and P6 withdrew at the very beginning and they were replaced by P9: TOLBO vzw ( Belgium), who took over all their responsibilities and budget. Direct target users which have been involved in the project:•sport youth leaders and workers •active sports/physical education trainers in special education / inclusive / mainstream schools•family members •NGOs of people with disabilitiesBeneficiaries•Youth (aged between 5 and 18) with disabilities: Visual impairments, Hearing impairments, Mobility impairments, Communication impairments, Learning disabilities, Complex impairments (multiple)The whole partnership has worked in very close collaboration, which was key factor for the successful achievement of the project objectives and results. All six transnational project meetings (TPM) were implemented as planned. Besides the six TPM, the partners organized and held eight online meetings using Skype, Zoom and Google Meet platforms. Meetings’ Agenda, list of participants, and detailed minutes were prepared before and after each meeting and were placed on Dropbox, used for project repository of information from the beginning of the project till its end. The Permanent and ongoing e-mail correspondence between the Coordinator and all partners ensured smooth communication and collaboration on activities. Horizontal activities were implemented and completed successfullyA1 - Project Management activitiesA2 – Iterative Testing and PilotingA3 – Quality Assurance and evaluationA4 – Dissemination, promotion and awareness-risingThe Intellectual Outputs were developed successfully.•IO1: Database of inclusive sports practices in schools/youth organizations•IO2: Development of ST4ALL Curriculum •IO3: Mobile and online self-assessment tool to support the grassroots’ sports trainer in assessing the studies material•IO4: Mobile learning application integrated via online learning portal and community platform https://st4all.eu/elearning & https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.st4all.mobile The second half of the project and especially the last 12 months October 2019 – October 2020 were very challenging for the project team. Many of the team members were infected with Covid-19, most of the offices were closed but the project coordinator and all partners gave their best to implement their duties in this emotionally and physically difficult environment due to Covid-19 world crisis. At the end all activities were implemented and the project indicators were achieved."
