Talent Development Europe #4

Description

<< Background >>Organizing Erasmus+ mobility activities under Talent Development Europe #4 contributes to the assignment and 3 focus points that MBOU has set itself. Through international internships for students and job shadowing activities for employees, the quality of education and professional learning community within MBOU will be improved. By gaining international experience, students and staff have more control over their own study/career path and are motivated and activated by new experiences that they would not gain in the Netherlands normally. Their knowledge is deepened, broadened and renewed and they are prepared for today's global labor market in which professional practice and education are well aligned. They are part of a larger whole, with an eye for tolerance, sustainability, inclusion and diversity, in which every student or employee has the opportunity to have an experience abroad, regardless of everyone's personal situation.<< Objectives >>1. Giving 25 students the opportunity to have a foreign experience2. Professionalization of 5 employees abroad3. Expand and maintain international partnerships to strengthen our professional learning community4. Increasing diversity and inclusion in student mobilities5. Sustainability is included in the considerations of every mobility<< Implementation >>1. Long-term learning mobility of VET learners2. Job-shadowing<< Results >>We expect that:- 25 student and 5 employees will obtain an international experience, which will contribute to increasment of their intercultural awareness, international and intercultural competences and discovering their talents and motivations;- the quality of our educational activities will be increased by the new insights that MBOU will receive from individual students and staff who have learned and experienced across borders;- sustainable contact and cooperation with partners abroad has been established, so that we can optimally prepare our students for the current and future labor market;- opportunities are created for all students, including students with a disadvantaged background, to appreciate differences and embrace diversity;- sustainability is reflected in all aspects of the of the mobilities;- our project contributes to the bigger picture (EU) and central goals.
