"The project ""Share and Go"", born as a result of the participatory EU project design workshop realized in Salerno from November 2016 to April 2017, is a youth exchange based on Erasmus + Youth principles and goals.The project, supported by the Youth Policy and Innovation Council of the Municipality of Salerno, focuses on the topic of the opportunities coming from the ""sharing economy"", in particular on the opportunities offered by online and offline platforms that allow sharing and interaction in various areas of social life (Mobility, Transport, Tourism, Food, Consumption, Culture, Financing, Leisure, Training), a theme that offers unknown and practicable opportunities until a few years ago.""Share and Go"" aims to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge about the latest and most widely distributed platforms and apps of economic sharing, in order to increase awareness of current opportunities for life and, where appropriate, work.The specific objectives relate to the implementation of these general principles in the context of an exchange of mobility regarding the tools and opportunities arising from sharing economy.The project intends:- Raise young people's knowledge and awareness on economic sharing, highlighting innovative aspects in terms of working, social and economic opportunities, but also in relation to the emergence of new lifestyles and consumption;- stimulate the exchange of good practices concerning the innovative way of interpreting economic sharing at European level from a youth perspective.The project will deepen economic sharing, especially in relation to online sharing opportunities (through platforms and apps) that can facilitate the lives of young people, both in terms of workplace inspiration and social, relational and educational life.In this regard, the sectors analyzed will be: training and co-working (e.i. Skillshare); Food and food consumption (Gnammo, GAS); Mobility and Transport (BlablaCar, Bike-sharing); Culture and leisure (Fubles); Travel and tourism (Guidemeright, Couchsurfing, Airbnb); Funding (crowdfunding platforms), etc. These are areas to be discovered but also to be reinterpreted, based on ongoing social changes. On the one hand, a European level is witnessing a significant change in the lives of young people through or through such platforms.At the same time, the exchange intends to produce reflections and debates about the stortures that may occur in each sector. In addition, workshops will be analyzed in areas where sharing platforms are not yet present, so as to produce inspiration for participants and young networking of organizational partners.FD is firmly convinced that with the right education and knowledge, the opportunities offered by online sharing can surely improve the lives of young people and in some cases become real business and business opportunities (eg Airbnb, Crowdfunding, Uber). Whose project is closely linked to the development of moral skills, in particular the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.The project will take place in Salerno and will involve 38 young people from 7 different European countries (Italy, Estonia, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Greece and Bulgaria). A necessary heterogeneity with regard to the theme to be faced and the faceted differences that can emerge through intercultural confrontation and mutual inspirations.The methodology of work will be entirely focused on non-formal learning, with numerous simulation activities and reflection exercises on key concepts related to the topic (cooperation, trust, public speaking, etc.)Expected results relate to the acquisition of inputs, information and inspiration that can educate you for the correct use of platforms and app sharing economics. At the same time, it is also intended to affect groups of young people who can be reached indirectly through local, end-to-end comparisons with participants.Therefore, it is intended to achieve an impact at various levels, thanks to a capillary dissemination strategy."
