The goal of the 10-month project ‘Social Entrepreneurship: Take Step Forward’is to support creating supportive social entrepreneurship environment by developing capacities especially of youth organizations and raising awareness among different stakeholders on the importance of social entrepreneurship as emerging sector in the Western Balkan. The project includes 9 partners representing following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Spain, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Romania and Italy.The project consists from two mobility activities (training course and seminar) that will be implemented in Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina and capacity building activities that will be implemented in all partner countries. Project goes in line with following project objectives: Objectives: 1. To raise quality of the activities delivered by participating organizations in the field of social entrepreneurship and to develop competencies of their staff to respond on the needs and interests of their target groups in the social entrepreneurship field;2. To develop entrepreneurial competencies of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, involved in the activities of partners’ organizations and to empower them to become active in social entrepreneurship field;3. To support creating cross-sectorial based partnerships in partners’ countries and to raise awareness of the representatives of various sectors on the importance of cooperation between youth, educational and labour sectors in the process of creating supportive entrepreneurial environment.
