1) Context and objectivesThe Lopez Vicuna center address different needs of their students, taking into account their quality guidelines, mainly tackling youth unemployment, school absenteeism, early school leaving and lack of motivation. In order to fulfill these needs, it developed a plan of internationalization, aiming at empowering students' professional profiles, motivate them through new challenges and providing innovative learning and teaching methods, thanks to the mobility of teachers.2) Number and profile of the participants- Students:16 students' mobility of 4 specializations in 2 years, distributed as follow: 5 mobilities in Poland in two flows (one at 2018 and one at 2019), 4 in Italy in one flow at 2018, 3 in Greece in one flow at 2018 and 3 in Malta in one flow at 2018. This is the best impact that they carry out on future participants and which intrigue other students and teachers to take part in the program. If we accomplish our goal, year by year, we will manage to increase the opportunities for mobility of students, ameliorate the profile of our students after their graduation and their employment, motivating students in order to decrease absenteeism and school drop-out rate, offering an innovative and bilingual educational system.
