Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences has been successfully implementing mobility projects for many years. Erasmus+ project for the years 2017 - 2019 has also been successfully implemented. Students of the University were sent to our partner higher education institutions for partial studies as well as to various companies for internships. Both administrative and academic employees of the University went on Mobilityperiods in order to gain experience from their colleagues at partner universities. Participant selections have been organized at the University in order to determine which applicants are the most worthy to participate in the project. Applicants have been evaluated in line with the University's regulations and the priority was given to those applicants who have never before participated in such a project. Many other criteria have been employed for the evaluation in order to select the participants who were motivated the most. Students were invited to participate in a motivational talk with the specialists from International Relations Office. The talks have been carried out in a foreign language (English, Polish, French, German) in order not only to determine the motivation of a student but also to examine their foreign language proficiency.While implementing the project 118 members of the University's community have participated in various mobility activities. From those 118 members 50 were students and 68 employees. 36 students went for partial studies and 14 students did their internships at foreign companies. 36 academic employees went for teaching visits and 32 administrative employees went for training visits.
