Exchanging patterns on vocational training.

Description

The project was designed for young students, the professional families of half of our grade, so that these young people can expand their vocational competence, and its field of work beyond the area of the island in which they live, or their own country of residence. Mobilities were Finland and Italy, in principle 15 flows to each country, the homologous partner in Finland had trouble getting companies to 8 students, which in those eight students had to put us in contact with our partner in Italy and sought them companies in the profile of students, found and ultimately flows were 7 students to Finland and 23 to Italia.Nuestro main objective was to get our students to be integrated into a real environment work, applying the acquired technical training, improvement of their qualifications, enhance their personal abilities, skills and individual competencies relating to entrepreneurship, support the development of content, services, education and lifelong learning ICT-based and innovative practices. Another need was the improvement of their language skills and knowledge of new innovative techniques and forms of work through the FCT in different European cities.Specific objectives 1. Facilitate the development of innovative practices in the initial vocational training, as well as its transparency and communication. Students will conduct their training in centres (FCT) works in a city europea.2.Conseguir the student increase their professional qualifications since this will strengthen your professional resume, due to high competitiveness in which we are immersed in the world laboral.3. Make use of the new technologies and promote the use of idiomas.4. Strengthen the network of labour transnational by contacting our companies with Italian and German companies and meet the European labour market, especially in those sectors related to their training, such as innovation and creation of new jobs, cooperative, economic aid and management of empresas.5.-establish the basis for possible future stays cooperation / exchanges of development between the countries of the European Union which make up the network , and not only with schools but with the companies of the sector, promoting the mobility of young people and teachers between different countries not only enriching them at level professional, but cultural, and linguistic.Mobility involved 30 students of the different professional families of our grade medio:cocina and cuisine, pastry, catering services, administrative management, with systems and networks, care for people in a situation of Dependencia.Las ages of these students were included between 18 - 45 years, the older ages, is due to the current crisis that has left many people unemployed and they have dedicated themselves to form in other areas that were not that previously they were dedicated. Participation in the project of students, and with a language level low, will serve to enhance their level of professional and language; since they have a medium-low social level, which under normal circumstances not allowed access to a training abroad.Main activity and the most important, was the education of the student in different companies assigned to his training at centres of works (FCT), which ended with a results good enough since the bulk of the Group has been very pleased with the experience acquired in their jobs. Then students on their own in Italy conducted various cultural activities of visit to the Capital and other towns near the city of mobility with other Erasmus students. Those of Finland partner organized les time activities which coincided with students from the center of the partner and others as bowling Championships, visit other cities, trekking, etc...The results we believe are very satisfactory, since the objectives achieved since conducted follow-up host companies have spoken very well preparation that had the students to perform the encomendables duties at a rate of learning outcomes to achieve. Many company offered students rely on them in the future, that for other students to be part of future mobility is an incentive to be part of these.
