Uluslararası Muhasebe Standartları Stajı

Description

The developments that take place in the economic sphere in the world have led to linking the country's economies to meet the common accounting principles in the preparation and reporting of the financial statements and to prepare the financial statements based on the same criteria. The necessity of sharing and comparability of information on the international scene has brought internationalization efforts to standardization. The increase in the number of businesses currently engaged in cross border activities, the developments in international markets and the concentration of capital movements accelerate the need for a common language of financial reporting on the international scene. Participant students will be selected from among the 102 students who have reached the 11th and 12th grade of basic theoretical education. Participants will first learn what international accounting standards are as a result of project activities. Participants will have the opportunity to directly examine accounts held in Portugal according to international standards. Employability of our participants will primarily be increased. The professional experience they have achieved at the end of the internship will increase the chances of employment in the accounting departments of many international firms operating in our province After the internship activity in which our participants will be attending abroad, expectations for the future will increase and their willingness to improve themselves will increase. They will be working on different agendas, especially in EU countries. We hope that the project will increase its motivation in this regard. In addition to working abroad, our participants will understand how advanced competition is and understand the importance of developing themselves. Participants will have increased their foreign language proficiency during internship abroad. Our host partner told us that the English speaking person is sufficient for the internship. In this context, their use for 2 weeks will increase their proficiency in English. Especially the most important problem of foreign language education in our country is that it is grammatical and not directed at speaking. In this way, our participants will have the opportunity to speak English and they will improve the English language. They will also learn some Portuguese for daily life. A total of 24 students will participate in the flow in 3 streams.
