Application of different strategies designed.2. Making specific tutorials.3. Assessment of sleep habits of students with subjective measures by three different surveys.CONCLUSIONS - Global improvement in sleep quality of students. This improvement shows differences between the three countries studied.- Students have increased their degree of self-responsibility in deciding their own sleep schedules. This empowerment has led to a decrease in daytime sleepiness accompanied by an improvement in school grades.- The involvement of teachers in the project themselves being the designers of the measures to be taken and those responsible for its implementation in the classroom and contact with families, is key in the program.- The need for a more direct and strict health professionals with education professionals and the importance of institutional support contact is observed. The research group believes that these measures knowledge and care of the rest of the students with respect chronobiological rhythms are cost-effective and should be recommended for implementation in schools of the European Union.RELEVANT LONGER TERM BENEFITSThe second survey has confirmed the persistent academic and behavioral benefits in the first year. So the continuous introduction of measures of sleep hygiene in schools involves the persistence of benefits in school performance.
