"<< Objectives >>Our project “Tous européens ! / Tutti europei ! aims to allow 16 young French and Italians to live an experience that will allow them to achieve the following objectives:- Promote through times of activity and exchange, the intercultural encounter between young Europeans beyond their differences and any social obstacles that are theirs.- Develop essential life skills in these young people: autonomy, open-mindedness, self-confidence, etc.- Allow young people with fewer opportunities to have a first experience of mobility and reception.- Sensitize young people to sustainable development and environmental protection.- Develop their use of digital tools, particularly in the field of communication. And at the same time, develop skills in methodology and management of European projects for the association Jeunesse et Avenir.<< Implementation >>A total of 16 young Europeans aged 13 to 17 will take part in this European project. The young French people who will take part in this exchange are recognized as having a disability due to psychological disorders which often lead them to be rejected or even excluded. Gradually out of step with their peers, this stirs up in them a pain of feeling different. More broadly, they often do not benefit from the same opportunities as young people their age.The young Italians evolve for their part in an environment considered as ""ordinary"". For them, this experience will therefore be an opportunity, beyond the discovery of France and its culture, to discover young people who do not live the same realities as them.Beyond cultural differences, these 2 groups of young people will therefore be led to understand broader differences (social, mental health, etc.). The guides will be there to provide the keys to understanding necessary to understand these differences and to realize that the foreigner is not so strange and that what brings us together is stronger than what sets us apart. The materials offered will include:In Italy :- Workshops: small games that allow you to get to know each other, to share some basics in French and Italian, etc.- Introduction to the project, expectations and fears, …- Rally in the city of Bologna- Bike tourIn France :- Sport: Rugby day with the intervention of players from the Saint-Nazaire club, Raid by bike on the wild coast- Environment: Beach cleaning then Land Art activity with the waste collected- Visits: Discovery of the salt marshes and meeting with a salt worker, city of Nantes, city of Saint-Nazaire- Industrial sector: Visit to Atlantic shipyards, Airbus, EOL<< Results >>Expectations are mainly related to social skills, interpersonal skills, confidence and self-esteem, openness to the world and to other cultures.During times of discussion and workshops, young people will be able to discuss their dreams, their hopes, the difficulties they encounter, and make proposals to be more listened to and recognized where they live.European citizenship will be approached by situating the two partner countries in the global environment of Europe, which will become more concrete through the experience of travel, the confrontation with another language, etc.United in diversity: The motto of Europe will be the one that will guide this European mobility. The main objective of the meeting will be to allow each young person to become aware that even if we are different, we share many points of reference. And to realize that differences enrich us much more than they divide us!Particular emphasis will be placed on activities related to the environment, culture, arts and sport. But this project will also support (upstream and downstream) more academic learning (languages, maths, geography, etc.).It is also a global project that will seek to have an impact on the entire environment of young people. The young French and Italian participants will be ambassadors of the European experience upon their return. They will have the responsibility of passing on to those who have not come what they have experienced, learned, etc. They will have a role of facilitator: to make other young people want to live this type of experience, show parents that they are capable of enrolling in European mobility. This exchange will be the first that we carry out within the framework of ERASMUS but our ambition is that this experience becomes a strong axis of our development. Thus, we hope that these young participants will be the pioneers of an approach of openness to Europe which will still benefit them as well as the young people who will succeed them. We also hope to extend it to our professionals in a process of enrichment and openness to new practices, including inclusive ones."
