"According to the agreement № 2017-2173 / 001-002 between the National Technical University of Ukraine ""Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission (EASEA) from 01.09.2017 to 31.08.2020 was implemented the project “European business models: transformation, harmonization and implementation in Ukraine”.The aim of the module was defined as an in-depth study of European practices of competitiveness promotion of the EU transformation process benefits. To achieve this aim, the project-team provided trainings, open lectures and seminars, forums, roundtables in the framework of existing subjects, conducted scientific investigations, took part in conferences and prepared publications for dissemination project-results of at national and European level.All activities of the project team led to the achievement of the complex of following detailed goals.1) The level of knowledge about the single EU-market and benefits of European business model among specially mixed audience (teachers/researchers/entrepreneurs; students (economists, management, engineering, biomedicine and languages); doctors of science/post graduate students, university authorities/business) was expanded and deepened.The increase in knowledge averaged 51.1%, which indicated the great interest of participants in the proposed topics and the desire to learn more about European business models, as well as their implementation in Ukraine in terms of institutional transformation and harmonization of standards. In turn, the participants 'satisfaction with the content and structure of the trainings determined the high assessment of the coaches' work (from 80% to 89.5%), which is also supported by the comments left by the participants in the questionnaires.2) The participation in trainings and other events provided by project's team promoted changes in the labor market and educational space through the motivation of students employment and self-employment. The success of the participants and their professional growth testify the most to the social efficiency. Thus, 12 participants provided information on improving their position in enterprises, 7 started their own business, 18 continued training and development of entrepreneurial skills in other projects and programs, including the YEP program and the Creative Spark competition.3) Preparation of educational content based on target oriented approach (tailor-made courses on specific EU issues, public seminars, interdisciplinary trainings) was realized. There were created and implemented into the curriculum of Industrial Marketing specialty on Master level three new subjects (""Euromarketing based on EU standards"", ""Marketing practices based on EU standards"" and ""Methods of business administration in the EU"") additional to the planned subject ""Marketing Standards in the EU"".4) Educational assistance to students from temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine was provided, especially if they were interested in the project activities (in line with KPI policy to support persons who moved from temporarily occupied territory). 19 students from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine pointed to a change in their attitude to European integration processes to a positive one. In the reporting period, the representation of Ukrainian universities increased at the events - a total of students and scientists from 26 universities took part.During the project implementation, the ability of teachers to project and train activities, their training through trainings, consultations and internships was assessed. Thanks to the project, its executors and participants today cooperate with 9+ faculties and institutes of Igor Sikorsky KPI, as well as with 26+ universities of Ukraine to disseminate ideas of European integration, initiate joint research and activities, improve the quality of education."
