Description

In terms of global transformations, the main course of humanity is the achievement of sustainable development goals. EU countries are extremely effective in implementing green policies and are therefore the subject of scientific research. Given European integration goals of Ukraine and the course to Green Deal, it is extremely important to study and disseminate European practices among Ukrainian society. That is why the goals of this project are:- systematization of Green Deal practices in EU countries, especially in the areas of green building policies, soil restoration, revitalization policies of old industrial regions based on energy efficient technologies, waste management. A special role in research is played by the social capital as the factor of Green Deal, which is characterized by increase in the level of intellectualization of economic processes.- dissemination of European best practices on Green Deal among the population by educational interdisciplinary lectures and seminars based on PSACEA, which are designed for both students, teachers and business representatives.- stimulating interdisciplinary discussions through scientific and practical conferences on environmental innovations, Green Deal policy and ways to achieve global sustainable development goals through cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.The main activities of the project include educational lectures, seminars, scientific and practical conferences aimed at students and lecturers of PSACEA, as well as online events for the general scientific and business community of Ukraine. The expected results of the project are to increase people's awareness of Green Deal practices, which should be the foundation of changes both in the individual level in the field of environmental habits and at the macro level in environmentally oriented business and green education practices. The main results of the project should be reflected in scientific publications, conferences and educational events.
