Most activities undertaken by us as Youngsters from schools, colleges and youth who are in the period of searching for a job. The problems identified in the organization related to career counseling in order to fill a job according to their own abilities, priorities overlapped with Erasmus + and was born the idea for this project. Project Be on your way! It proposes that for 11 days, 56 young people from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine, aged 16 and 30 years to develop new skills related to career counseling using informal methods and non- formal. Representatives of partner organizations have agreed that each organization to participate as 8 young people - four females and four males, aged between 16 and 30 years, coordinated by a group leader, coming from a background defavorizat- economic, ethnic, geographic, from large families; identified on the basis of a survey conducted by the partner organizations in the project. Activities during working methods should be used informal and non-formal, such as presentation, game knowledge, debate, role-playing, simulation, teamwork, workshops, public café, living library, etc. It will follow the 8 key competences (which will be the basis Youthpass) -communication mother tongue -communication in foreign languages-English -basic competences in science and technology -digital competences -ability to learn -social and civic competences -initiative and entrepreneurship competences -conscience and cultural expression The project has the following objectives: 1. 80% increase knowledge related to career counseling for employment consistent with their skills for 56 young people aged 16-30, participants from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine by participating in activities project during the 11zile; 2. 50% increase in the level of involvement in economic activities or volunteering among young people monitored over a period of 1 year, after completion of the project by increasing the skills associated with identifying and applying for a job and raising self-esteem among youth; 3. decrease by 3% next year from the project, dropout or a first job for young communities they belong to. The immediate impact on young people learned new things is satisfaction and increased self-esteem. All activities young people will be encouraged to discover. They will work in teams, will communicate and cooperate in fulfilling its proposed activities. Activities and methods chosen by promoters causes a gradual accumulation of information about deconstructing career, knowledge of English. Because teams will be mixed as nationality, gender, age, participants will be increasingly less inhibited in working with each other to communicate. Experience gained during the project will contribute to the personal development of each participant. Youthpass certificates to be issued to certify skills end and / or developed are based on self-assessment youth leaders evaluations and results of assessment tests - initial and final. Long-term impact is bound to multiply knowledge in organizations from which young. As I said, each partner organization in the project will be organized in the months June to August 2018 workshop activities with the theme of the project. In these young participants to exchange activities will serve to share knowledge gained using the methods used during the project, focusing on non-formal methods - youth organizations they belong to, friends, colleagues, family. We estimate that each organization can go directly to 200 young people, thus having a target group of 1400 young people aged 16-30 years, boys and girls alike. All activities contribute to capacity development of the young participants, young target group dissemination, and increase partner organizations regarding the competencies of members, coordinating project teams. On the other hand increase the visibility of European programs, such as Erasmus +.
