"“Amigos de Europa” together with its partner organizations initiated a project “Hi(king)!"" with participants involved both in youth field, healthy life and conscious lifestyle. The main objectives of the project were to:1.To reach personal development which helps to understand ourselves and reflect on own behavior & behavior of others2.Challenge the perception of the structures within our society that undermine social inclusion or foster discrimination3.Overcoming the stereotypes of different religious4.To raise awareness on the topic of discrimination5.To build a broader understanding of what an inclusive attitude means & to start inter cultural & inter- religious dialogue6.To understand the connections between culture & sport & to understand the inter cultural aspects of sport7.To raise the sense of empathy towards other people.A variety of educational tools and methods of non-formal learning and interactive participant orientated approaches as role plays, simulations, workshops, exercises theatre tools, debate sessions and presentations was combined during the Activity.We used methodology according to the youth pass but as well we improved the following competences of participants: 1. Participants discussed and understood the differences concepts about culture, discrimination and religion. 2. Youngsters experienced what is the intercultural dialogue and the differents types of behaviour about this, social inclusion or discrimination. 3. Participants had opportunity to hike in the mountains of Spain. It was valuable experience, which gave them opportunity to be with them self, to explore the nature, to take responsibility of the others, be a part of the team, etc. We had two hikes- day and night hiking. 4. Participants worked deeply about the concept of empathy.Exchange happened 25th of March – 05th of April 2017 between Lucena and Cabra, Spain. 40 people from 8 countries have participated."
