<< Objectives >>“e-ntrepreneur 2.0” is a continuation of a youth exchange “e-ntrepreneur” that took place in Agrigento in 2019. During our current pandemic situation many of us lost jobs. According to “The Guardian” “Young workers have been hit the hardest by rising unemployment during the Covid pandemic, with those under the age of 35 accounting for almost 80% of jobs lost in the past year.” Our world has changed. Virtual activities gained more importance. Not to be left behind, we feel we need to follow the change and adapt to the new world situation. But how? Should we wait until restaurants and caffees are opened again so we can get our jobs back? What if pandemic won’t be over next year? We need to take the future in our hands. Improve skills that will help us to face unemployment and live a life we want to. The main goal of e-ntrepreneur 2.0 is to tackle youth unemployment problems that occurred in the pandemic situation, inform, motivate and enable youngsters to work on that topic in their countries, as well as equip them with experience, knowledge and skills, especially digital to easily enter the labour market. The project targets youngsters who lost their jobs due to Covid, face unemployment, had bad experiences with job interviews or want to start working on youth employment projects within their organizations. The main objectives of the youth exchange are:-to reflect on unemployment situation of youth in Europe in the pandemic situation;-to develop skills (especially digital) and knowledge of youngsters in the process of getting a job;-to encourage youth’s entrepreneurship with a focus on digitalization;-to encourage the creation of future projects within the Erasmus + Programme, which will target unemployed youngsters.<< Implementation >>The main theme of the project is Youth Unemployment in the pandemic situation. This project will provide participants with the necessary skills and confidence to enable them to flourish and share their experience. Therefore, meeting their commonly misunderstood and misinterpreted needs, young people from around Europe will join and be actively encouraged to share, learn and participate.During 8 working days the participants will share opinions and ideas on unemployment and will be involved in various activities. They will learn CV and Motivation Letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, how to use activism as a way to the labour market, what Youthpass is, how to get a Europass Skills Passport, how to work with career centres, etc. “e – ntrepreneur 2.0” project will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork.2 mobilities are planned during the project duration: Preparatory Visit and Youth Exchange. Both activities will be organized in Agrigento - city in Sicilia, Italy which is characterized by one of the biggest youth unemployment rates. Partner organizations will be represented by participants and team leaders from Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain, France and Greece. There will be 7 team leaders that will take part in the Preparatory Visit and 6 participants + one leader from each country that will participate in the youth exchange. Half of the participants are youngsters with fewer opportunities.<< Results >>We are confident that in case of support for our project, we will reach significant and sustainable results. First, our youth will get valuable information and gain necessary knowledge and practical skills to transfer to peers in their local communities. We expect them to organize some workshops for small groups of young people from their hometowns and also spread the received information through their personal networks. We'll provide them support any time when needed. Second, we believe that the YE will be a further step towards building a transparent, informed and responsible European society. We hope that at the end of the project the participants will work towards specific employment projects to be implemented back home, and, as mentioned before, have the opportunity to pass on their new skills and knowledge back to their home country to help other young people.Last but not least, participants will learn CV and Motivation letter writing techniques, hints to pass a job interview, working with E-Job databases, what Youthpass is, how to create a Europass - European Skills Passport (CV and Europass Language Passport), how to work with career centres, etc. YE will stimulate young people's spirit of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship and employability through theoretical input from experts and participants. After coming back home, participants will be responsible to transfer their knowledge to their peers and young people involved in their organizations. Workshops will be based mainly on non-formal learning methodology, active participation, group-work and teamwork. Each participant is supposed to teach 10 more young people back in their country.
