<< Objectives >>Mixed sports generate values such as teamwork, solidarity, respect and tolerance, becoming a tool for social inclusion, integration and equality, therefore we want, through this exchange, to encourage the practice of this type of sports and to make them known to young people in local communities such as municipalities and sports councillors; youth, among others.Through this project and the Erasmus+ program we want to fight against marginalization and negative stereotypes by increasing the participation of young people in the practice of sports and promoting equal opportunities through mixed sports. In this way, we will be able to raise awareness among young people who are threatened by social exclusion and need additional support to develop their identity, skills and capacity to meet life's challenges and to use sport to stimulate their social inclusion process. The main objectives of this project are therefore the following:1. To promote sport as a tool for social inclusion to fight against marginalization and negative stereotypes among young people.2. To increase the participation of young people in the practice of sports.3. Promote equal opportunities through mixed sports.4. To exchange good practices and methodological tools related to sport as a tool for social inclusion.5. To raise awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and the opportunities it offers to young people.6. To create a network of partnerships to develop future projects to promote sport as a tool for social inclusion.<< Activities >>Participants will carry out an activity on their motivations, fears and expectations during the project, thinking about it individually, and then present it to other colleagues. This will be followed by a presentation of the Erasmus+ program, in particular the Key Action 1 for Youth and the Youthpass program. We will hold workshops on the content of social exclusion through a role play or simulation. We will hold workshops on mixed sports. The exchange will take place from 13 to 20 April 2021 in Noisy-le-Grand with the participation of 40 participants. << Impact >>With this project, we mainly seek to encourage these young people to be more active in different areas of their lives and their environment. On the one hand, we want to facilitate their social inclusion through a very useful tool such as mixed sports and increase their levels of sports practice in order to improve their lifestyle. On the other hand, we want to offer them a new alternative of leisure and free time, where boys and girls can interact through these sports, promoting equal opportunities. In addition, we want them to get to know the Erasmus+ program and non-formal education through this exchange, encouraging them to continue participating in the other projects.Through the contacts and exchanges with people from other countries and cultures, we want to encourage young people values such as respect, tolerance and solidarity and awaken their curiosity about new things, creating a sense of belonging to a European community.
