"<< Objectives >>Our approach is based on the formula ""Think global, act local"", which sums up our desire to meet the challenges of older workers' employment locally. Obviously, this issue must be carried by the whole ecosystem of employment actors in order to be able to provide relevant and innovative solutions to strengthen the employability of older workers.<< Implementation >>The project will develop and implement a field study on practices for older workers in the Ain territory, according to a specific methodology. This study will allow us to identify innovative approaches, which will be included in a guide of good practices, dedicated for both, career advisors and the older workers. An observatory of innovative practices will be created in order to provide a platform for exchange on best practices for all stakeholders.<< Results >>-Field study (mapping and analysis of practices) -Implementation and use of innovative practices on a daily basis (issued from the field study)-Capacity building and up-skilling (target groups : career advisors, older workers)-Enhancement of the internationalization process (development of EU cross-sector sustainable partnership)-Guide on best practices for users- On line Observatory of Innovative practices"
