The project “Coriandoli” realized the internationalization activities foreseen by the 2016 operative plan of Ce.S.F.Or.The implementation of mobility actions involved the Italian central-south geographical area, and allowed to realize training in working context experiences (internships) for youngsters included in VET training, newly graduated, and the applicant staff.The project addressed the needs for a better training in a working and international context, and addressed at the high youth unemployement rate of the geographical area involved; it also addressed the needs for a professional enhancement and update of the staff, which, through the mobility action, could enhance their intercultural competences, specifically in the EU mobility field.The project activities supported also the Europe 2020 Strategy and the objectives of the ET2020 Strategic Framework, to foster mobility and employability of young European citizens. “Coriandoli” realized mobility for 50 youngsters in the hotel, tourism and catering field, promoting the possibility of professional training for learners and newly graduated. And for 5 staff professionals. The project contributed to enhance the applicant competences in the field of training and EU project management. The project reached the following objectives:- foster personal growth and professional competences of the learners involved in the mobility actions;- widen the European network of organizations/bodies involved;- strengthen the cooperation among organizations active in the EU mobility and SMEs;- improve language and intercultural competences of learners and staff involved in the mobility actions;- strengthen the use of shared tools and procedures for the recognition of knowledge, skills and competences acquired through the mobility.The project “Coriandoli” lasted 2 years, from October 1st, 2016 to September 30th, 2018, and developed the following activities:- 48 mobility of young learners, duration 21 days, to accomplish internship experiences in SMEs in hotel, tourism and catering field;- 2 mobility of newly graduated, duration 78 days, to accomplish internship experiences in SMEs in the hotel, tourism and catering field;- 5 staff mobility, duration 7 days, for the professional update of the applicant staff, realizing activities to improve the language and the intercultural competences.The professional profiles of the learners involved in the mobility actions, in the hotel tourism and catering field, have been: cook assistant, restaurant/bar service, tourism reception operator. Participants have been selected following the publication of a public call by the applicant, according to the criteria consistent with project objectives, and in accordance with the selection procedures set in the project application stage.Mobility have been realized in 4 EU Countries, UK, Spain, Ireland and Portugal; Ce.S.F.Or. implemented ECVET procedures for the recognition of competences acquired in mobility and shared with project partners the learning outcomes to achieve through the mobility activities and the evaluation criteria. The applicant shared the minimum standard of the necessary services for the participants mobility. The applicant coordinated all the activities, ex ante and ex post, supporting participants throughout the entire mobility experience.The project “Coriandoli” achieved a good level of “customer satisfaction” for the learners, that implemented their personal and professional objectives, through the internship activities. The certification acquired will allow participants to enrich their own CV and enhance the job opportunity in their professional field, at local, national and international level.The project also allowed the applicant to widen its own network, update the competences of its staff and of the EU project management. The sharing procedures with other European partners strengthen the cooperation environment and the possibility of new European projects.
