"In this period, a time of economic crisis, it is a widely accepted belief that innovation is both an ""antidote"" for the business downturn of the market, but also an ""elixir"" that rejuvenates its development. In today's globalized and competitive environment, the planning and creation of new services and products is necessary for business survival. The repose of a company in existing products, services as successful as they are, sooner or later will lead to marginalization and stagnation. If the company is interested to remain competitive and profitable, it needs to present products and services best in quality, performance and be different from competitors. On this basis the Chamber of Evia got the spark for the design of the program with title ""IMPLEMENTATION OF TOOLS OF INNOVATION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP"" which fills the need to improve the competitiveness of business, increase sales and new knowledge; monitoring trends in exports. The program will involve human resources managers of manufacturing units because in Evia the food processing businesses of the 1st processing of products are a dynamic sector with special products. However there is an urgent need for openness of companies and to change the intra- operational culture to differentiate products and services in order to alter their corporate profile and adapt in a globalized environment. Participants will learn how technological change and innovation can be put into practice by introducing new products, materials, processes, supply sources, services, technical processes and organizational forms. The action will have a multiplier effects:1. at the Entrepreneur level: it can generate profits and ensure the longevity of a company.2. at the enterprise level: innovation will impact on production, product quality, employment levels, and earnings.3. A general level: changes in technology have a significant effect on yield, growth rate of the economy and standard of living.Innovation as a competitive business advantage:1. In intra-business environment to learn how to apply financial tools to conduct market research, develop new differentiated products to market.2. the broader institutional system utilizing the networks that connect the enterprise with its environment: university laboratories, public institutes Research and Development Research and Development departments of other companies, technology transfer, information technology systems, funding bodies and finally, state fitness equipment policy.3. under partnerships. Favorable conditions are created for innovation by boosting company production founded by business groups, such as market research firms, information, marketing, export promotion. 4. In the context of the digital environment, new perspectives created by the Internet enhance innovative activity of enterprises. The project will contribute to the effort to modernize the manufacturing companies of agricultural products of the county, all educational adult education methods will be followed in order to achieve the best possible results. Host organizations EDEX in Cyprus και CESVITEC in Italy chosen for the implementation of the program have great experience in adult education and training in the subject. Also, the selection of countries is not random in which the manufacturing sector is highly developed. The total project duration is 12 days and will take place in Italy and Cyprus with the participation of 50 beneficiaries (25 per flow) respectively.Potential beneficiaries to the mobility are human resources managers and entrepreneurs of manufacturing agricultural products from member companies of the Chamber of Evia and operate in the prefecture."
