<< Background >>Our discipline (WOP-P) has three main areas: Work Psychology (the study of human behavior at the workplace); Organizational Psychology (the study of collective behavior in organizations); and Personnel Psychology (the study of relationships between employees and employers). The Master covers these three areas from an evidence-based approach and considering that professionals and practitioners have to be educated in explanatory (theories and tools) and change-intervention approaches.<< Objectives >>The EMJMD in WOP-P aims to provide excellent experts in WOP-P for an increasingly globalized socio-economic context. To do so, more specific objectives are emphasized: a) education in an international environment; b) development of multicultural competences; c) solid evidence-based education following international standards and criteria (EuroPsy and ENOP); and d) combination of traditional and emergent topics to achieve better organizations, workplaces, and societies.<< Implementation >>The project has been implemented for three intakes of students (2017-2019; 2018-2020; and 2019-2021). During the first year, the explanatory approach predominated: theories, tools, method, and research. Students also received training in other disciplines. The second year was more oriented to change-intervention, with intervention courses, the Winter School, the compulsory professional internship, the professional report (integration of theory and practice) and the final the master thesis.<< Results >>A total of 134 students graduated. Considering Intake 1 and Intake 2 jointly, most of students (88,46%) found an employment within 12 months of graduation in a private company and some are involved in PhD programmes (5,13%) or created their company (5,13%). The trend is also very positive for Intake 3. More general employability surveys also indicated that graduates are satisfied with their jobs, their jobs are related to the Master contents, and salaries of women and men are similar.
