La contaminación atmosférica de los países del mundo en función de su nivel de vida

Abstract

El presente trabajo persigue establecer una conexión entre variables de carácter medioambiental vinculadas al calentamiento global en una selección de países de los distintos continentes y variables vinculadas al nivel de vida, tal como el Producto Interior Bruto. El criterio para determinar los países a analizar es el de la mayor o menor contribución en términos de dióxido de carbono a la atmósfera. Con el fin de relacionar el comportamiento de las variables citadas considerando el pasado reciente se recurre a los análisis univariante y bivariante. El interés del alumno en vincular variables medioambientales con otras de carácter económico radica en que es un estudiante del Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas cuya actividad profesional guarda relación con las repercusiones sobre el entorno del uso de productos químicos por parte de las empresas.
