Abstract

[ES] Este TFG estudia una vivienda unifamiliar ubicada en Benaguasil con vistas a la mejora de su eficiencia energética. Después del estudio de la situación inicial y una primera clasificación (clase D), se realizan simulaciones con nuevas envolventes e instalaciones para mejorar la clasificación energética hasta alcanzar una clase A aplicando las nuevas tecnologías (biomasa). Posteriormente se realiza un estudio de viabilidad económica así como el plazo de amortización de dicha intervención. [CA] Aquest TFG estudia una vivenda unifamiliar ubicada a Benaguasil amb vista a la millora de la seua eficiència energètica. Després de l’estudi de la situació incial i una primera classificació (classe D), s’han realitzat unes simulacions de noves envolvents e instal·lacions per a millorar la classificació energètica fins a aconseguir una clase A aplicant les noves tecnologíes (biomassa). Posteriorment s’ha realitzat un estudi de viabilitat económica així com el termini d’amortizatció d’aquesta intervenció. [EN] This TFG studies a single family house situated in Benaguasil in order to improve its energy efficiency. After studying the initial situation and achieving a first clasification (D class), we applied the new technologies (biomass) to reach A level using different enclosure walls and equipment simulations. After that an economic viability study and a repayment term have been done.
