Abstract

Naranjito es un cantón perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas, a la actualidad dispone de un botadero a cielo abierto para disposición final de los desechos sólidos que generan sus habitantes; el botadero no cuenta con la infraestructura adecuada lo cual genera problemas de salud pública y ambiental. En el presente proyecto se presenta como solución a este problema los estudios y diseños para la construcción de un Relleno Sanitario que cumpla con las técnicas constructivas y normativa ambiental vigente. Para la realización de este trabajo se analizaron las condiciones generales de Naranjito, y del área de implementación del proyecto. Se muestra la metodología, los resultados obtenidos, así como las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Además, se presente un análisis sobre la recuperación del biogás generado por el relleno sanitario y su potencial para generar energía eléctrica a partir de este. ; Guayaquil ; Ingeniería Civil
