印尼蕴藏丰富的能源资源,能源产业获得巨大发展,是东南亚能源生产与消费大国。近些年中国与印尼在油气、煤炭、电力等传统能源领域的合作卓有成效,在新能源、可再生能源的合作也已经起步。中国和印尼在能源领域存在着诸多共同利益,能源合作是中印尼经贸合作新的增长点。两国政府应在鼓励能源发展合作方面制定相关的配套政策,对能源合作所需要的信息、人才、资金、管理、技术等方面建立起有效的技术创新服务体系,为促进双方合作提供政策法规和激励机制,包括法律法规、发展规划、财政支持政策、产业发展政策、税收优惠等,进一步加强在能源领域上的合作。 ; Indonesia has rich energy resources and is a major country of energy production and consumption.Its energy industry has achieved great development.In recent years, China has conducted very fruitful cooperation with Indonesia in the areas of oil and gas, coal, electric power and other traditional energy and has started to cooperate in new energy and renewable energy.China and Indonesia have many common interests in the energy area, and energy cooperation is a new point for growth in economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia.The two governments should formulate relevant supporting policies to encourage energy development and cooperation, establish an effective technological innovation and service system to provide information, personnel, capital, management, and technology as needed by energy cooperation, and provide policies, regulations and incentive mechanisms to promote cooperation between the two sides, including laws and regulations, development planning, fi nancial support, industrial development policy, and tax breaks, so as to further strengthen cooperation in the energy fi eld. ; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目“印度尼西亚经济崛起及其与中国战略伙伴关系研究”的阶段性成果;项目编号:13JJD810010; 福建省社会科学规划项目“福建省发展海洋经济打造蓝色产业带对策研究”的阶段性成果;项目编号:2013A027)
