Abstract

; China is the country that emits most CO2 in the world. Energy-related CO2 Emissions contributes most share of total emissions. As a developing country,China is undergoing urbanization and industrialization on an unprecedented scale, urban infrastructure construction is further strengthened, and people’s consumption level is constantly improved, which need huge amounts of energy, and will emit more.
