Abstract

; Analysis of the existing technologies for hydrodynamic stamping on press-guns has been conducted; its advantages and disadvantages have been marked. The further development of the hydrodynamic stamping as a promising impulse technology has been determined. A new method – gravitational hydrodynamic stamping has been examined, the method of calculating of the parameters for its implementation has been described. The variants of the expansion of technological capabilities of the process have been examined.
