Livsstil og energiefterspørgsel
Large differences can be registered concerning energy consumption of Danish housing estates. The basis for the analysis of this study is a GIS database incorporating resource consumption, demographic information and data relating to buildings. The database makes it possible to relate the size of registered consumption to income, education, housing, age distribution, size of household etc. The result of the study indicates that lifestyle difference, i.e. the fact that different lifestyle groups populate the different urban housing districts is a factor that contributes to the explanation of registered differences in consumption.
