U rezultatima je dan prikaz smanjenja emisija CO2, ukupne potrošnje energije i kritičnog viška proizvodnje električne energije porastom udjela varijabilnih obnovljivih izvora energije i primjenom odziva potrošnje u energetskom sustavu.
This paper analyzes how demand response affects the integration of variable renewable energy sources in the Bulgarian energy system. The analysis was made in computer program EnergyPLAN for scenarios for 2015, 2030 and 2040. Hourly distribution curves were made, which simulate production and consumption in the energy system throughout the year. In evaluation of development for Bulgaria's energy sector, Integrated energy and climate plan of the Republic of Bulgaria 2021-2030 was used, which was made as part of NECP European union plan. To implement demand response, an analysis of electricity consumption by sectors was made. The results show reduction in CO2 emissions, total primary energy supply and critical excess electricity production by increasing the share of variable renewable energy sources and applying demand response in energy system.
