Abstract

The purpose of this article is to answer the question whether the companies involved in public procurement are active innovatively and to what extent due zama-tracting are forced to apply innovative solutions in tendering procedures-weight. To answer these questions used a survey conducted on a sample of 579 entrepreneurs who have managed to win the tender.
