Saz Ve Söz Dergisinde Yayınlanan İsmail Hakkı Bey'in Kur'a Marşı Ve Neva'da Rast Makamı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Osmanlıca yazılmış "Saz ve Söz" adlı dergide yayınlanan İsmail Hakkı Bey'in Neva'da Rast.makamındaki "Kur'a Marşı" incelenmiştir. TRT repertuarında bulunmayan bu marşın, günümüz Türkçe'sine ve Geleneksel Türk Sanat Müziği repertuarına kazandırılması, çalışmanın amaçlarındandır. Araştırmanın problemini, söz konusu niarşta kullanılmış olan "Neva'da Rast" makamının günümüzdeki tanımıyla, yayınlandığı dönemdeki kullanım biçimi arasındaki fark oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, müziğimizin bir asır önceki yazılı belgelerinden birine ulaşılıp, taranması açısından da. önemlidir. Araştırmanın sonucunda İsmail Hakkı Bey'in "Neva'da Rast" makamı anlayışının, günümüzdeki "Neva'da Rast" makamı tanımından farklı olduğu saptanmıştır.
