Gemeinwohlorientiertes Gründen : Potenziale, Grundhaltungen und Herausforderungen im Gründungsprozess gemeinwohlorientierter Genossenschaften in Österreich unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Businessplans

Abstract

This thesis deals with the founding process of public welfare-oriented cooperatives in Austria. The basic attitudes of the founders and their environment, their approach to the common good, the cooperative model and the use of the business plan as an instrument for setting up a company are examined in detail. Starting from an ideological polarization between economically liberal actors and public welfare-oriented founders, basic attitudes, founding motivations and advantages and disadvantages of the cooperative model are presented. In addition, the use of the business plan is critically questioned and evaluated by the founders based on their experiences. Furthermore, possible supplements to the business plan and alternatives as well as legal possibilities for a public welfare-oriented orientation of the economy are presented.
