Abstract

Στην παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή εργασία, εξετάζεται η έννοια των Κτηρίων Μηδενικής Ενέργειας. Αναλύονται ο ορισμός τους, οι δυνατότητες και οι αδυναμίες τους, οι τρόποι σχεδιασμού, εφαρμογής και υλοποίησής τους. Η ανάλυση αυτή, οδηγεί στο σχεδιασμό ενός Κτηρίου Μηδενικής Ενέργειας στη Λέσβο και συγκεκριμένα στην πόλη της Μυτιλήνης.

This thesis examines the concept of Zero Energy Buildings. Moreover, the definition, the strengths and weaknesses and how to design and implement, are analyzed. This analysis leads to the design of a Zero Energy Building in Lesvos and specifically in the city of Mytilene.
