Abstract

No Aplica The present research project has its origin in asking what are the elements that improve the administration and maintenance of fiscal housing in the National Police? In response, some proposals are generated for the administration and maintenance of housing, through the exploration of available bibliographic information that allows identifying elements of good practices that adjust the institution needs, referencing different entities and institutions such as: the community housing rental aid program of Madrid Spain, model of fiscal housing of the Navy of Chile, social rental program in Colombia, model of fiscal housing of the Maritime Management of Colombia and the creation and operation of the institute of fiscal housing of the National Army. A quantitative methodology was developed, since the results of the object of study tend to be generalized and normalized, where the totality of fiscal housing is taken as a sample, in terms to analyze and review the historical and cross-sectional behavior of the population. For this exercise, the types of variables (dependent variable, administrative definition and operational definition) of the housing management were identified.
