Abstract

En el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo de implementación empresarial sostenible que aporte al desarrollo y las buenas prácticas de las MIPYMES en Bogotá, Colombia, a través del manejo adecuado de residuos, con él se busca dar alternativas a los procesos internos de las empresas no valorados como importantes y los cuales nos permiten disminuir costos en la operación a través de sistemas de gestión que enfoque y aporte a las necesidades de bienestar y calidad del producto entregado a los clientes. Con ello se busca concientizar a las pequeñas empresas que el día de hoy emprenden una idea de negocio y que buscan crecer de manera paulatinamente con enfoques sostenibles evaluando y conociendo los beneficios de sostenibilidad desarrollados en el proceso. The objective of this work is to develop a sustainable implementation model that contributes to the development and good practices of MIPYMES in Bogotá, Colombia, through proper waste management, with which it seeks to provide alternatives to the internal processes of the companies not valued as important and which allow us to reduce operating costs through management systems that focus and contribute to the needs of well-being and quality of the product delivered to customers. This seeks to raise awareness among small companies that today undertake a business idea and that seek to grow gradually with sustainable approaches, evaluating and learning about the sustainability benefits developed in the process.
