Abstract

Este projeto visa desenvolver uma solução de business intelligence que permita visualizar os consumos de água e energia dos vários edifícios da EDP, de modo a melhorar a sua eficiência energética. Atualmente, com o aumento da preocupação com a sustentabilidade e a necessidade de reduzir o consumo de energia, tornou-se essencial encontrar ferramentas que ajudem a monitorizar e otimizar o uso energético. O trabalho inicia-se com uma contextualização da eficiência energética, sublinhando a sua importância e os principais indicadores de sustentabilidade e, em seguida, são analisadas as ferramentas de business intelligence existentes no mercado que permitem criar os relatórios pretendidos, destacando as suas funcionalidades e benefícios. Na fase de diagnóstico, avaliou-se a abordagem utilizada pela EDP, identificando as dificuldades e sugerindo melhorias. Com base nestas análises, utilizou-se o Power Query e as Data Analysis Expressions para tratar e analisar os dados, construindo, posteriormente, um dashboard intuitivo e funcional. Para finalizar, é apresentada uma conclusão onde se realça a eficácia da solução desenvolvida, melhorias para futuras versões da ferramenta e o feedback dos utilizadores. Este trabalho contribui para o avanço do uso das tecnologias de business intelligence aplicadas à eficiência energética, proporcionando uma ferramenta prática e eficaz para a gestão do consumo energético em edifícios.
