Организация дополнительного образования рабочих кадров на предприятии

Abstract

Рабочие на современном производстве, чтобы быть конкурентоспособными и обеспечивать конкурентоспособность своих организаций и предприятий, должны вливаться в процесс непрерывного развития квалификации. Особенности дополнительного профессионального образования рабочих обусловлены спецификой производства, условиями труда, темпами развития производства. Предложена современная модель управления развитием квалификации рабочих, которая включает разработку критериев оценки, собственно оценку квалификации, развитие квалификации и оценку результатов. Основу развития квалификации составляет непрерывно реализуемый на предприятии процесс наставничества. Разработана план-схема реализации модели управления развитием профессиональной компетентности в дополнительном образовании рабочих. Осуществлена апробация модели методом экспертных оценок.

To be competitive workers at modern plant have to participate in the process of continuous professional development. Specific features of the additional professional education of workers are defined by the type of production, working conditions, rates of plant development. The management model of professional development of workers is offered. It includes the development of assessment criteria, qualification assessment, qualification development and results’ assessment. The basis of qualification development is the mentoring process organized at the enterprise. The plan of the implementation of the management model of professional competence of additional education of workers has been developed. The model approbation has been made by expert evaluation method.
