Abstract

В статье рассматривается значимость повышения конкурентоспособности и эффективности территориальной экономики в сложившихся условиях, применения новых стратегических подходов, предусматривающих комплексное использование социально-экономического и научно-технического потенциала территорий, и создания благоприятных условий для функционирования бизнеса. В качестве одного из таких подходов рассмотрен кластерный подход.

The article discusses the importance of increasing competitiveness and efficiency of the regional economy, application of new strategic approaches which involve complex use of socioeconomic, scientific and technological regional potential and creating favorable conditions for business. The author suggests cluster approach as one of those methods.
