The new system of management the Future standard EN 16001:2009 Energy management systems Requirements with guidance for use (power management Systems Requests with operating instructions) becomes a major landmark in the European standardization. Project occurrence was preceded by national standards of three European countries: Denmark (DS 2403:2001), Sweden (SS627750:2003) and Ireland (I.S.393:2005). The project of the standard accessible for public comments, is developed by the European committee on standardization within the limits of Technical committee CEN/BT/TF 189 "Energy Management and related services" which secretary is led by the Italian national service on standardization. In spite of the fact that the discussed Project will be specified and be corrected, and its norm, as well as any other standard, carry a voluntary nature, it represents significant interest for experts. Under the discussed Project it is already possible to judge contours of the future standard.

Новая система менеджмента Будущий стандарт EN 16001:2009 Energy management systems Requirements with guidance for use (Системы энергоменеджмента Требования с руководством по использованию) станет важной вехой в европейской стандартизации. Появлению Проекта предшествовали национальные стандарты трех европейских стран: Дании (DS 2403:2001), Швеции (SS627750:2003) и Ирландии (I.S.393:2005). Проект стандарта, доступный для публичных комментариев1, разрабатывается Европейским комитетом по стандартизации (CEN) в рамках Технического комитета CEN/BT/TF 189 "Energy Management and related services", секретариат которого ведет Итальянская национальная служба по стандартизации (UNI). Несмотря на то, что обсуждаемый Проект будет уточняться и корректироваться, а его нормы, как и любого другого стандарта, носят добровольный характер, он представляет значительный интерес для специалистов. По обсуждаемому Проекту уже можно судить о контурах будущего стандарта.
