Освоение инновационных управленческих компетенций развития кадрового резерва в рамках дополнительного профессионального образования

Abstract

В статье актуализируется проблема необходимости развития инновационной управленческой компетенции развития кадрового резерва организации. Данная компетенция в современных условиях наполняется новым содержанием: изменяется нормативно-правовое обеспечение трудовых отношений, складывающихся между руководителем и подчинёнными; в условиях функционирования организации от менеджера требуется умение оптимизации распределения компетенций с целью их развития у кадрового резерва; необходимо развитие креативности сотрудников для решения нестандартных проблем. Для решения проблемы освоения данных компетенций предлагается реализовать модульную программу повышения квалификации управленческих работников «Инновационные управленческие компетенции развития кадрового резерва организации» в рамках дополнительного профессионального образования. Приведен примерный учебный план и краткая характеристика методического замысла данной программы.

The necessity to develop the innovation managerial competency the talent pool development of the organization is underlined in the article. In modern conditions the content of the competency is renewed due to the following factors: regulatory acts that provide the employer-employee relationships are changing; in order to develop the talent pool competencies a manager in an organization is required to optimize the distribution of competencies; to solve creative tasks it is necessary to develop personnel creativity. To acquire the competencies it is offered to realize the module program of further training for the management personnel called «Innovation managerial competencies aimed at the talent pool development of the organization». The program is organized in the framework of the continuing professional development. The tentative schedule and a short characteristic of the program are given.
