О некоторых аспектах разработки рамки квалификаций как условия сертификации персонала и выпускников учреждений профессионального образования

Предложена технология формирования сетки квалификации для сферы труда и сферы образования. Построены рамки квалификаций на основе выделенных уровней образования и дескрипторов, характеризующих результаты обучения через знания, умения и компетенции, которые работник или выпускник может предъявить на рынке труда. Определены измеряемые виды знаний, умений и компетенций, критериев их сформированности при описании результатов обучения по дескриптору.
The practices of forming qualification scale for labour and education sectors are presented. The frames of qualifications are created on the basis of singled out education and descriptors levels which characterize the results of education by means of knowledge, skills and competences that an employee or a graduate can display on the labour market.
