Entrepreneurship Quality of College Students Related to Entrepreneurial Education
AbstractBy means of questionnaires and interviewing, the authors investigated the entrepreneurs’ personal backgrounds, psychological and behavioral characteristics of college students, and analyzed the external impacts on entrepreneur. The results indicated that those backgrounds and characteristics could influence the undergraduates’ entrepreneur motivation and decision-making. Moreover, the subjective desires and interests of the students are main features to identify the potential entrepreneurs. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education could reduce the risk, and increase the benefit of entrepreneurs, so that to influence entrepreneur decision-making indirectly.
