Abstract
An aqueous Zn-polyoxometalate battery was designed for decoupled H2 production from water electrolysis with highly dispersed ultrafine Pt nanoparticles on nickel–cobalt hydroxide nanosheets at a low Pt loading as a free-standing HER electrode.
