MoOx-based high-density nanoarrays on a substrate via smart anodizing as novel 3D electrodes for nano-energy applications

Abstract

Arrays of multi-dimensional MoOx-based semiconducting nanostructures, spatially separated and vertically aligned on a substrate, were synthesized via self-organized electrochemical anodizing for application in emerging on-chip pseudocapacitors.
